Adam Allen
Vice President and Treasurer
Adam Allen is Vice President and Treasurer of USPG. Prior to the Astoria acquisition in 2006 Mr. Allen served as a Vice President of USPGLLC since 2003. Prior to joining USPGLC, Mr. Allen served as a consultant to technology and media companies in France. Prior to his work as a consultant, Mr. Allen was Chief Executive Officer of Magic Arts Corporation, a video-game software development studio he founded in 1996. From 1993 to 1996 Mr. Allen was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers Inc. Mr. Allen has a BS in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
