Belinda Foxworth

Belinda Foxworth is our Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of USPG. Before to joining USPGLLC in September, 2006, Ms. Foxworth was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of CMS Energy Corporation, an integrated energy company, and Senior Vice President and General Counsel of CMS Enterprises Corporation, from 1995 until 2006. Prior to joining CMS, Ms. Foxworth worked at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy from 1985 until 1995. Ms. Foxworth has a BA degree from Rollins College, an MBA from the University of Michigan and a JD from Georgetown University.
