Wesley E. Kern

Wesley E. Kern is our Senior Vice President since January 2008. Previously he served as our Vice President of Corporate Development since June 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Kern served as a corporate strategy advisor to USPGLLC since August 2004. Prior to joining USPGLLC, Mr. Kern served as a consultant to various renewable energy development companies from 2002 to August 2004. Mr. Kern was the chief financial officer of Pacific Natural Energy from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Kern was a Vice President with the energy investment bank Simmons & Company International from 1997 until 2001. Mr. Kern has a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from The Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.
